Production

The production is performed in following workshops:

The company has a vast open area for loading and manipulation to its disposal equipped with portal crane with lifting capacity of 8 tons. Than there is a possibility of loading the lorry immediately in workshop with a 10 tons cran. The company has sufficient machinery and skilled specialist in the area of metal working and welding, so that it can satisfy all customers' requirements. Especially we would like to mention our long-year experience with welding and machining of hardened and abrasion resistant steels (e.g. Hardox, Brinar, HB, Brinell, Creusabro).

Our production capacities may be divided as follows:
- Medium and heavy fabrications - welding, punching, enclosure building, pipework, roll forming, presswork, tube bending
- Sheet metal - cutting (gas, plasma), brake bending, presswork, rolling, shearing
- Machining - boring (horizontal, vertikal), turning, saw cutting, drilling, grinding, millingslotting, taping, thread cutting
- Pre-treatment - deburring, degreasing, cleaning, shotblasting, annealing, induction hardening, stress relieving
- Finishing- spray painting, airless painting, galvanising, passivating
- Assembly, trial run

All production is performed on the custom manufacturing basis or on the basis of contractual co-operation. Our company offers:

We produce complete fabrications or assembling units including the working out of the technical documentation and manufacturing procedure. Owing to our long-time co-operation with various companies we can offer also such solutions, in which not all parts will be carried out in our premises but locally in the premises of our partners (over-dimensional cut-outs, laser burning, shot blasting, hot dip galvanising, passivating, procurement of fasteners).
